A Message from the Event Manager

The Event Manager at Butler hires students to be a part of the game day staff working as: Ticket sellers, Ushers, Concessions, and many other jobs. Student workers will also be used for some of the college's bigger events such as Butler Alumni Auction, and the Annual Mountain Oyster feed.
All student workers will need to fill out a Student Employment hiring packet with the Financial Aid and Human Resources Offices. You will be required to attend a Student Worker Orientation, either in person or online as recommended by the Event Manager. Student workers are funded through the Federal College Work Study Program, a federal financial aid program that requires that the student apply for federal financial aid, meet specific eligibility requirements and must have received a Bulter Community College Financial Aid Award Letter.
